Agreement
By using this site or hiring Firnvane, you agree to these terms. If you hire me, the proposal or written agreement for your project sits on top of these terms, and it controls if the two ever differ.

What I Provide
I offer three services: web design, SEO (including GEO and AEO), and systems such as lead tools and reporting. Each service page describes what is included, how it works, and what it costs.
The scope of any project is whatever the proposal says. Work outside it gets a quote before I start.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are published on the service pages. The price in your proposal is the price you pay, and the payment schedule is stated there too.
Services with a monthly fee run month to month. There is no lock-in, and you can cancel with notice as described in your proposal. Refunds, if any, are handled as stated in your proposal.
Your Content and Ownership
You are responsible for the text, images, and logos you give me, and you confirm you have the right to use them.
When a project is paid in full, the finished site and its content are yours. Third-party tools and licenses used along the way, such as fonts or hosting plans, stay with their owners and follow their own terms.
No Guaranteed Results
I build for better rankings, more calls, and more booked jobs, but I cannot promise a specific position, AI citation, traffic number, or revenue result. Search engines, AI tools, competitors, and your own business all affect the outcome.
Figures shown in dashboards and examples on this site are sample data and are labeled that way.
Third-Party Services
Your site and tools may rely on services I do not control, such as website hosting, domain registrars, email providers, and analytics tools. Hosting and domain fees are billed to you directly by those providers. Their availability and terms are their own, and I am not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or lost profits, and my total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid me for that service.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If I update them, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
